ABOUT NICKNick is a London-based session guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, and musical director. His touring and recording credits include Alex James (Blur), Will Young, Gregory Porter, Travis, Robert Fripp, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Michael Ball and Pete Doherty.
He is the musical director and guitarist for artist & composer Thomas Bergersen (founder of Two Steps From Hell), leading an international band of soloists, orchestra, and choir for Bergersen's arena and stadium shows. Nick is a regular first-call session musician for studio work across London, recording in studios including Abbey Road, alongside remote sessions for clients worldwide. Recent TV and film work includes sessions for Disney, Warner Bros, Netflix, and Lifetime, guitar recording for America's Got Talent, featured soloist and rhythm guitars on Macy's 4th of July NYC Fireworks Spectacular (broadcast to millions on NBC), and a rock guitar feature (and on-screen guitar double for Kevin the carrot) on the 2025 Aldi Christmas advert. He has worked with leading Film/TV composers and producers including Lorne Balfe, Trevor Horn, Steve Anderson, Jason Howland, and Greg Borowsky. Nick is an in demand multi-instrumentalist in London's West End - working on shows include The Great Gatsby, Hercules, MJ – The Musical, Hadestown, Tina – The Musical, Hamilton, and The Book of Mormon.
